The team at Melbourne-based 21financials takes the pain out of paying invoices. 21Financials - a valued Platinum Sponsor at the recent Melbourne Disability Connection Expo 2022 - offers its services to NDIS participants across the entire country.

Karen te Lintelo, Director, from 21Financials, told Developing Australian Communities co-founder River Night at the expo the most recurring question she was asked over the two days was “how do I get a plan”.Karen said she was only too happy to help visitors to her booth work their way through that maze.

Karen said that being a plan manager means they pay bills for participants with plans and work with providers to ensure bills are paid on time and correctly. Being a plan manager means invoices get sent to them, they collect the money from the NDIS and then pay the providers for their services which means providers don’t have to worry about that side of their plan!

Neither do participants have to worry about paying for 21Financials’s services because funding for plan management is generally provided within each participants’ plan.

21Financials is a nationally-registered NDIS provider and can help you navigate what is and isn’t allowed under your plan, giving you the freedom and flexibility to choose products and services that fall within the guidelines.

According to Karen, 21Financials keeps going from strength to strength - over the past 12 months two more people from a disability employment service have been employed and looking to the future, Karen would like to add support coordination to her company’s services.

Advocacy and helping clients along their NDIS and plan paths, so they can get the best out of their lives they possibly can, are also at the top of her list.Find out more about how Karen can help participants and even support coordinators - head to 21Financials.com and start your plan management journey with Karen!
